Chicken offal noodles

"Chicken offal" actually means that chicken gizzards, chicken liver, chicken hearts, and chicken intestines are mixed together in Sichuan dialect. Because chicken intestines are really impossible to buy nowadays, and I prefer chicken gizzards and chicken liver, so I used two ingredients when making this dish.

Steps for Chicken offal noodles

Slice chicken gizzards and chicken liver

Soak dried kohlrabi in warm water

Marinate the chopped chicken gizzards and chicken livers in soy sauce and cooking wine for ten minutes
