Pick the leeks, pick the coriander, clean it, and chop the leeks. Beat the eggs, put appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the egg liquid, stir and stir-fry with a shovel, turn off the heat after the eggs are cooked and broken, and pour them into the stuffing basin.

When you are done wrapping, start cooking. Add water in the pan and bring to a boil. Start to add the wontons. After you finish, use the back of the fence to push the wontons away to avoid getting to the bottom. (You can also put some salt in the water to avoid getting on the bottom)

Cook for about 3 minutes, and the wontons float up and the belly is bulging, which means that they can be fished out when they are cooked.

You can add soup while cooking wontons. Put 2 coriander, a few slices of seaweed (shredded), 5-6 shrimp skins, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 2-3 teaspoons of vinegar (I like sour ones, but don't like sour ones.) Put 1 tsp of sesame oil.
