1. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm pieces, and cut the taro into polygonal pieces of the same size.

2. Put the chopped taro and tofu into the pan, add appropriate amount of water, and add star anise, cinnamon, pepper, red dates, onions, ginger, shrimp skin, and sesame oil.
