Steps for stir-fried water chestnuts with pickled cabbage

Prepare ingredients: pickled cabbage, water chestnut, pork belly (I use leftover braised pork from home)

Slice water chestnuts and pork belly; chop sauerkraut and dried peppers.

Cold the oil in the pan, low heat, and pour a small amount of oil into the pan to boil the fat meat.

After boiling the fat meat out of oil, add pickled cabbage and pepper and stir-fry.

Add lean meat and stir-fry.

After frying the meat, add water chestnuts and stir well.

If it's fresh pork belly, just add some soy sauce before it comes out of the pan.
