The well-known porridge with preserved egg and lean meat is my favorite porridge. I like the preserved eggs and lean meat in the porridge. I boil it in a big pot at a time and drink it all at once: )

Steps for congee with pork and century

Cut the pork into small slices.

Peel and wash preserved eggs and cut them into small pieces.

Wash the rice and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Cover and turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
