Steps for Vinegar fish soup

Wash the hairtail, cut it into pieces and drain it.

Slice ginger, pat with the back of the knife to prepare a pan, add a little oil, and fry the hairtail on both sides to yellow

Place the hairtail on a plate, drain the oil, add a little oil into the frying pan, and start frying the cabbage

Next, add appropriate amount of water to see if you like it thick or thin. Cover and wait for the water to boil, add the fried hairtail. Then add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and 4 tablespoons of mature vinegar, and add salt (slightly salty taste is better)

Then cover and roll for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the starch prepared in advance (mix with water and starch) while stirring. Finally add the chicken essence and serve on a plate.
