Steps for braised pork with plum vegetables

Boil the pork in whole for 20 minutes, put it into the pan with cold water, add 15ml of cooking wine and chopped green onion, remove and drain the water.2
Apply soy sauce on the skin of the meat, put some in the pan and fry it, and just foam the skin.3

Actually, steaming it for an hour is enough. I steamed it for an hour and a half. It melts in your mouth. It's really good.
