Beef tofu pudding

Beef tofu pudding
There are many ways to eat tofu pudding in Sichuan. I remember that when I was very young, there would be hawkers carrying a burden to sell tofu pudding. That kind of tofu pudding didn't put meat in, only seasonings, but it tasted very good.
As I grew up, there were restaurants on the street that specialized in selling tofu pudding, including tofu pudding rice. The tofu pudding was sold here. The tofu pudding was eaten with seasonings. However, in addition to the tofu pudding, there were also many steamed vegetables that were ordered individually. Eat it, and the store will also serve a bowl of tofu pudding water for you to taste. There is pickled cabbage and bean curd, which is similar to hot pot. It is very cheap. A pot of bean curd is boiled in the bottom of the hot pot, and then other dishes are ordered to be eaten hot.
Beef tofu pudding is available in ordinary Sichuan restaurants. Beef tofu pudding is eaten by putting beef and tofu pudding together. To be honest, the beef tofu pudding I made today was my own idea. I dare not say it is authentic, but it tastes good. You can try it.
The picture has my own chili oil added, and there are black sesame seeds in the chili oil, so I am depressed to see some small black spots on it.
