Scrambled eggs with wild onions and shrimp skin
Wild onions are much more vital than chives or shallots. After I dug from the wild and planted a few onion roots in flowerpots, I have cut them several times. Take a small handful at a time to make scrambled eggs or pancakes. It's very fragrant.
I cut some scrambled eggs today. Because I already wrote a diary last autumn, I won't repeat it today. I always thought it was such a simple thing and didn't publish recipes. Now I think it would be great if people interested in promoting it could plant pots like me.
