Steps for Pickled Dalianggu

  • Make step 0
    1
Rinse the beam bones, peel off the core inside of the cabbage and rinse them, and also rinse the vermicelli.
  • Make step 1
    2
Boil boiling water, boil the beam bone to bleed, take it out and rinse the blood foam clean.
  • Make step 2
    3
Add water to another pot, add onions, ginger, aniseed, and wolfberry to make bone soup.
  • Make step 3
    4
After the water is boiled, change to a low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes to make the bone soup.
  • Make step 4
    5
Cut shredded cabbage while cooking the bone soup, and drain the water after cutting. (This is pickled cabbage from my own home. I can also buy shredded pickled cabbage processed in vacuum bags on the market. After washing it, you can use it directly)
  • Make step 5
    6
Put more oil in the hot pan and sauté chives and ginger, add soy sauce, add shredded cabbage and stir fry for a while.
  • Make step 6
    7
Pour the bone soup in and season with salt. After the pot is boiled, simmer and simmer.
  • Make step 7
    8
After stewing for 20-30 minutes, the soup becomes much thicker. Put the vermicelli in and cook for 5 minutes. (I'm a fan and it'll get better soon. If I use vermicelli, I have to put it in earlier. I should put it in when I add soup.)
  • Make step 8
    9
Sprinkle with MSG and chopped green onion and cilantro, serve on a plate and serve for dinner. (If you have sea curdling seeds and seaweed, put them in and cook for 5 minutes, then serve on a plate and you will have the famous fresh knitting)
  • Pickled Dalianggu Make Tips

The vegetable oil I use will be very fragrant if I use lard. Northeast pickled cabbage is very suitable and eats animal oil. Northeast pickled cabbage is not the kind of pickled cabbage of pickled cabbage fish. Don't mix it up.
