Slice the yams thoroughly; blanch the tomatoes with boiling water, peel the skins and dice; cut the green onions into small pieces.2
Heat the oil in the pan and saute the green onions to fragrant.3
Pour in diced tomatoes and stir fry until ketchup.4
Pour the yam slices into the ketchup and stir fry well.5
Add appropriate amount of water, add salt and chicken essence to season and remove from the pan.
