Steps for Steamed dumplings with radish

Minced white radish and carrot

Cut pork belly into diced pieces

Add oil to the pan, put the pork belly in and stir-fry it to get the oil. Wait until the pork belly turns slightly yellow, then pour out some excess oil

Pour in the shredded radish and stir-fry, stir fry for a few times, add the shrimp skins and continue to stir-fry. Then add cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, and pepper powder during the stir-fry process, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion, serve out and let cool.
