Look at the ingredients

Fry the pepper in oil (don't fry it too burnt)

Remove and let cool.

Crush the fried pepper with a rolling pin.

Chilled cabbage and chrysanthemum, blanch slightly in boiling water, immediately apply cold water, and squeeze dry the water for later use.

Blanch the mushroom in water and squeeze out the water.

Cut the small west gourd into strips.

Cut shallots and cilantro into sections.

Use the oil of fried pepper, add ginger, garlic, and red pepper to stir-fry over low heat to create the aroma.
