Steps for Kung Pao tofu

Wash the tofu and dice it. Remove the stalks, seeds and dice the green and red peppers, dice the green onions and green garlic, and slice the ginger.

Add white sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, soy sauce, pepper powder, water starch to juice for later use.

Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the ginger, onions and garlic to create the fragrance.

Add diced tofu and stir fry.

Stir fry the diced tofu and add the diced green and red peppers.

Cook in the sauce and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes to taste.
