Steps for Puffa tofu and egg filling

A piece of tofu.

Place in the refrigerator and freeze completely.

A loofah.

Peel the loofah, cut the hob pieces, soak in water, and add a little white vinegar to prevent oxidation.

Put the tofu into water, defrost it, cut it into pieces, squeezing out most of the water.

Cut preserved egg into pieces, a handful of dried shrimp, appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and beat up an egg.

Put the tofu into the eggs and soak up the egg liquid.

Put in a frying pan and fry until fragrant and set.

Add shredded ginger and loofah.
