Steps for Pattern tofu egg custard

Cut the tender tofu into diamond-shaped slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm

I used a cookie mold to make the diamond slices neatly

Put the rest of the tofu into a steaming bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking oil and chopped green onions, and beat it with chopsticks

Pour 3 eggs into a bowl, add the same amount of warm boiled water and stir together to form egg liquid

Sift the egg liquid into a bowl with shredded tofu

Put the sifted egg liquid into a steamer

Cook and steam for 10 minutes

Remove the steaming bowl and place on the diamond-shaped tofu slices

Take an egg and add the same amount of warm water, beat it to make egg liquid and sieve it into a steaming bowl

Place a small round piece of carrot in the heart of the tofu flower and place wolfberry fruit on the petals to decorate

Add warm boiled water, sieve and cover the steaming bowl to reduce pores in the egg custard and make the steamed egg custard more tender and smoother.
