Steps for Boiled fish with perilla tofu

1
All materials are ready. Clean the fish pieces, cut the fish into pieces, add salt, pepper, and cooking wine, and marinate for 10 minutes; wash the perilla for later use; peel the garlic, and slice the ginger for later use.
2
Heat a wok, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, add garlic and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant
3
Then put the marinated fish pieces into the pan and fry them slowly over medium heat until golden brown.
4
Put the oil tofu into the pan and stir-fry it slightly
5
Then pour boiling water along the edge of the pan to drown the ingredients in the pan, cover the lid and cook over low heat for ten minutes.
6
Remove the lid of the pot and add appropriate amount of salt, chopped peppers (but not necessary), and soy sauce.
7
Raise the heat, sprinkle in the perilla leaves and mix well. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
