Steps for stir-fried leek moss and small lotus flowers

Peel and wash lotus seeds; wash fresh lotus roots, peel and slice into thin slices; wash leek flowers and cut into inches; chop ginger into minced pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan, saute the shredded ginger until fragrant, add the lotus root slices and stir fry to make a paste.

Pour in lotus seeds and stir well, add salt and pepper.

Add the leek flowers and stir fry well.

Season, dip and thicken.
