Sauce wonton noodles
My husband and I both like to eat pasta. We made two kinds of noodles this weekend. I eat Maotai-flavored wonton noodles, and my husband eats soy mixed noodles.^_^ Noodles are often eaten in our home, and there is no special way to make them. Southerners don't have much research on pasta, and personally feel that the taste is not bad.

Steps for Sauce wonton noodles

Minced meat, marinate with a little salt and wine starch for a while, shredded bamboo shoots, cucumbers, and fungus. Pour green vegetables into water for later use. Crush peanuts, cut green onions into chopped green onions; shred ginger, and cut carrot cut flowers.

Wonton noodles are the dough that I left over from making wontons and rolled in flour. The skin is as thin as the wonton skin.
