Ingredients include: pickled cabbage, minced pork, and green pepper.

Sauerkraut should be cut into small pieces.

Sauerkraut should be stir-fried in the pan first without adding oil. Then serve on a plate and set aside.

Then pour the pickled cabbage in and stir fry, then add soy sauce, salt, and sugar (you can add more).
