Steps for assorted tofu

Slice all raw materials for later use.

Sizing the meat slices.

Put the oil in the pan and add the tofu slices.

Fry the tofu slices until golden brown.

Leave the base oil in the pan and saute the chives and ginger.

Add in the meat slices, stir-fry until the meat slices turn white, add soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine.

Add fungus, mushrooms and fried tofu, stir fry, add salt, and then add some water.

Bake for 1 minute, add cucumber slices and chicken essence.
