Steps for Roasted beef with radish

Shred the beef according to the opposite grain, marinate with a little salt, wine, starch, and soy sauce for a while.

Thin slices of pork belly, thin slices of radish, diced garlic, chopped peppers, and chopped green onions.3
Heat the pan and pour in the appropriate oil,(I added some pork belly and boiled some lard, and continued to use it after the meat has passed) Add garlic to create the aroma.

Add the peppers to create the spicy flavor, add the radish slices, stir-fry for a while, add a little salt, sugar, add a little cooking wine, and stir-fry well.

Pour in appropriate amount of water, finish the radish slices, bring to a boil over high heat, cover the lid and simmer slowly for about 8 minutes.

Check that the radish slices are cooked and add the shredded beef.

Don't touch the ingredients in the pan first, wait for the beef to be shaped, stir-fry well, and slightly reduce the juice over high heat.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve on a plate.
