Steps for Flower tofu

Remove the skin of the tofu and use a basket to make it into mush. Use gauze to dry the water and place it in the basin. Remove the fat pork and chicken breast meat from the fascia and mash it, place it in a basin with tofu, add onion and ginger water and stir to disperse. Add salt and egg white to make a mixture.

Apply a layer of pig oil on the fan and butterfly molds to make 10 fan and 2 butterfly shaped tofu mixes respectively. Carrots, sweet peppers, fragrant mushrooms, etc. are formed into different flower patterns for a moment, and embedded in the tofu mixes respectively., put on the cage and steam for later use.3
Place the frying pan on high heat, add the clear soup and bring to a boil, add pepper powder, add the pea seedlings and heat them until done, scoop them into the soup basin, and slide the steamed tofu into the soup. Serve.
