Pearl meatballs
This is a dish I learned to cook from my sister-in-law from Wuhan. I like the fragrant and glutinous feeling very much and often cook it and eat it.

Steps for Pearl meatballs

Add 1 egg white to the meat filling in warm water and stir well.2
Add soy sauce, salt, sugar, and cooking wine to the meat filling.3
Soak glutinous rice in cold water overnight and drain.4
Place the mixed meat filling in the glutinous rice to the appropriate size and round.5
Put the meatballs into a plate and place them in the pan for 15 minutes and steam.
