There are steamed dumplings all over the country. The ones in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are made with glutinous rice. The ones in Guangdong are made with mushrooms and horseshoe pork. There are also beef and fresh shrimp. The stuffing I use for this is made with mushrooms and horseshoe pork. If you are lazy, use dumpling bags. I have improved the wrapping method, just like a flower. Hehe

Steps for Fancy Guangdong steamed meat
