Ingredients: pork stuffing, chicken breast, glutinous rice, mushrooms, water chestnut, egg white seasoning: white pepper, salt, starch, cooking wine, chicken powder, shredded ginger, shredded green onion, sugar

Soak the glutinous rice for one night in advance, or at least 4 hours. After the rice grains have fully absorbed the water and bloated, drain the water for later use; blanch the pork, chicken breast, water chestnut, and mushrooms in water and chop them, add seasoning, stir vigorously in one direction, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Dip your hands in water, grab a small ball of meat with both hands round, put it in the glutinous rice, roll it around, and dip it evenly.

Place it on sliced carrots, heat the steamer over high heat, boil the water and steam for 15-20 minutes.
