Steps for Preserved egg with double pepper

Pour the preserved eggs into cold water, boil the water for five minutes. Peel the cooked preserved egg and cut it into small pieces.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into small pieces.

Cut the ginger and garlic into minced ground.

Cut the sausage into oblique slices and set aside.
