A friend went to the Beijing Pumpkin Theme Park for sightseeing and brought me back two little gold-skinned pumpkins. The little pumpkins were golden in color and were so small and exquisite. They were really cute. I used these two little pumpkins to make a glutinous rice pumpkin cup to add a healthy and delicious dish to the National Day family banquet.
Pumpkin contains starch, protein, carotene, vitamin B, vitamin C, amino acids and active protein, lipids and calcium and phosphorus. Wash the pumpkin and soak the glutinous rice in advance.
