Steps for tofu clip

Add chopped green onion, ginger, salt, chicken essence, egg five-spice powder, soy sauce, cooking wine and sesame oil to the lean pork filling.

Stir well and apply to thick.

Cut the tofu into slightly thicker pieces.

Fry until golden brown.

Take a fried tofu piece and empty it into a tofu bag with a spoon.

Put on the pan and steam for 20 minutes.
