Steps for Stewed pork slices with fungus and white gourd

1
It can't be simpler. Peel and slice wax gourd.
2
A small piece of meat, shredded whatever you want, or sliced whatever you want. I cut both slices and shredded whatever I want.
3
After soaking the fungus, tear it into pieces. It is said that adding flour can wash it cleanly. However, I am lazy, so I should be able to wash it cleanly after soaking it for a while.
4
After it is not heated, add star anise and pepper to burst out the fragrance, then add chopped green onion, then stir-fry the shredded pork first, stir-fry until the shredded pork turns white, then add some soy sauce, add a little water, add wax gourd and fungus, cover the lid, and turn from time to time. Stir fry for a while, and the wax gourd can be served out of the pan after it becomes soft.
