Steps for Tomato Mapo tofu

    Cut the tofu into medium-sized pieces, blanch it slightly with salt water, then soak it in cold water to remove the beany smell, soak the minced meat with wine, cornflour, peanut oil, and chop the green onions.

    Sit in the pan to heat the oil, wait until the oil temperature is 70% hot, add the tomato meat filling and stir fry. After the meat filling changes color, add the bean paste tomatoes and stir fry vigorously. After frying until fragrant, add the bean paste, pepper, and pepper powder, stir fry for a few more minutes, then add a little water to boil, not too much water, just before the meat filling.

    After boiling, add the tofu without stirring hard to avoid breaking the tofu. After three minutes, add soy sauce, sugar, and salt. After two minutes, add a little water starch to start the pan. When loading, sprinkle with a little pepper powder and chopped green onion to start eating. It is spicy and delicious. Moreover, tofu is the best warm-up dish in winter.
