It's my first time making steamed buns, and it's not bad. I asked the canteen aunt in advance. Hehe... It was fun

Steps for Delicious meat buns

1
Mix yeast in warm milk and mix well and let stand for a few minutes. Then slowly pour into the flour, mix well, and blend into a smooth dough, then cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and place in a warm place to ferment for two hours to double the size.
2
Wash the meat and chop it up (hehe... lazy, I used a blender), add cooking wine to the meat filling, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper, salt, a small amount of sugar, and white pepper powder and stir in one direction.
3
I also chopped other ingredients. I added shredded mushrooms, shredded ginger, diced carrots, vermicelli, shredded green onion, and dried tofu. They were still quite rich.
4
Put the ingredients into the pan and stir-fry, add the seasonings. Note: You can put more oil in. Then pour into the minced meat, add the chopped green onions and stir well.
5
Knead the prepared dough into long strips, cut it into ingredients with a knife, then flatten it with your hands, roll the ingredients into dough, add the stuffing, and start wrapping.
6
Place the wrapped buns in a warm place and ferment for another 15 minutes, place them in a steamer, and steam for 20 minutes over high heat.
