Steps for congee with pork and century

    Soak rice in clear water with a little salt and cooking oil for 30 minutes.

    Put the pork in boiling water, boil it to color, and remove it.

    Shred pork and set aside.

    Put clear water in the pan, boil it, add the soaked rice and 1 chopped preserved egg, and bring the blanched lean meat and shredded ginger together; I cooked it in an electric rice cooker, cook for about 1 hour, stirring often to avoid the porridge sticking to the pan; then continue to put the remaining preserved egg in, simmer for another 10 minutes, and season with salt.
