Steps for Steamed ribs with mushrooms and vermicelli

Wash the ribs and blanch them in water, remove them and wash off the foam.

Add marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.

The vermicelli mushrooms are soaked in the water used to soak the mushrooms separately.

Cut the mushrooms into slices and mix well with the ribs.

Pour the water used to soak mushrooms into the vermicelli.

Place the mushroom ribs on top of the vermicelli and steam with boiling water for 30 minutes. Note: Marinate the pork ribs until they are delicious!
