Steps for Raw fried glutinous rice

Dice mushrooms, sausage, small shrimps, and soak glutinous rice overnight.

Shred onions, coriander, shredded ginger, and pickled mustard.

Bring to a boil the oil pan and put shredded ginger, stir-fry the sausage first, then add mushrooms, pickled cabbage and shrimp, stir-fry well and serve for later use.

Then boil the oil pan and stir-fry the glutinous rice. Be patient and add the mixed soy sauce while frying. The glutinous rice was too sticky, so I added some rice in it. When I had to, I poured all the sausage and other ingredients that I had fried before into the pot and continued to stir for a while.
