Pork rice with diced bean and bamboo shoots
By JuanitaAdams
This is a meal modified from my family's "traditional meal"-"pork rice". In the past, my family only added pork, mushrooms and dried rice. Today, I also added lentils and diced bamboo shoots in it, so that the dishes are richer and taste better.

Steps for Pork rice with diced bean and bamboo shoots

1
Wash the fungus and shiitake mushrooms, and soak them with the winter bamboo shoots (do not pour out the water).
2
Wash the beans, pinch off the ends, break them into small pieces, and blanch them in water.
3
Cut the pork into small pieces, add some cooking wine, and grab it with salt. If it is sticky, add some water and starch to it (after processing in this way, the fried pork will be very tender and delicious).
4
Cut some green onions and ginger.
5
Cut winter bamboo shoots, fungus, and mushrooms into small pieces.
6
Wash the rice and add the water you used to soak the mushrooms just now. Add it to a little more than usual (if there is not enough water, add some cold water in it). Don't turn on electricity yet.
7
Stir fry the spring onions and ginger, add the meat in and stir-fry until it breaks raw.
8
Add winter bamboo shoots, fungus, mushrooms, add soy sauce, a little vinegar, and sugar.
9
Put the blanched beans in and stir-fry them, then pour the water in the rice, boil it, add salt, and make it slightly salty, so that the rice will not fade.
10
Pour the vegetables and soup into the rice cooker and stir.
11
Turn on the electricity. Don't rush to serve the rice after it is cooked. Wait another ten minutes.

The fragrant pilaf is ready in this way.
