Steps for radish cake

Shred the white radish, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 10 minutes, and squeeze to remove the water; do not throw away the radish water, use it to stir well and stick to the rice noodles.

Chop the sausage into dices, soak the shrimp skin in water and squeeze to dry the water; wash the mushrooms, remove the stalks and cut into thin slices, chop the chives into powder, and slice the onions into thin slices.
