Steps for Double crispy fresh meat wonton

Prepare materials.

Cut the tenderloin into pieces.

Cut water chestnut and lotus root into pieces 1:1.

Prepare the seasoning.

Mix minced meat, water chestnut and minced lotus root 1:2:2, add Huadiao wine steamed stuffed buns, dumpling seasoning, onion, ginger, garlic spicy powder, bean curd juice, sesame oil.

Use chopsticks to stir evenly in one direction.

Pour the oil into the pan, add the onion, ginger and pepper powder.

After saute over low heat until fragrant, pour 1 teaspoon of pepper oil into the filling.
