Steps for Squid and green beans in tomato sauce

Prepare materials.

Prepare the seasoning.

Boil the water in the pot, add the green beans and blanch them, add some salt.

Blanch until the color turns green, remove and use cold water.

Blanch the squid again, add ginger slices and cooking wine, blanch until the water boils again, and remove the cold water.

Then cut the tomatoes into slices and the squid into sections.
