How to Make Classic Tomato Beef Noodles

Tomato beef noodles, a beloved comfort food, combine savory beef, tangy tomato sauce, and chewy noodles for a hearty meal. Here’s a simple guide to making it at home.

Ingredients: 500g beef brisket, cut into cubes; 2 onions, diced; 3 tomatoes, blended; 200g noodles (any type); 2 tbsp soy sauce; 1 tbsp sugar; 1 tsp black pepper; 4 cups beef broth; cooking oil.

Steps:

1. Sear the beef: Heat oil in a pot, sear beef cubes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
