Ingredients: 2 medium potatoes, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 sliced green onion, and a pinch of salt.

Steps:
