TODAY'S SUSHI IS PARTICULARLY SIMPLE, WITH NO VEGETABLES, BECAUSE MY BABY DOESN'T LIKE SUSHI WITH VEGETABLES BARS, SO IT USES ONLY FISH SEEDS, EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NO FRESH VEGETABLES, AND SEAWEEDS ARE CONSIDERED VEGETABLES. SUCH SUSHI MOSSES ARE ROASTED SEAWEEDS, WHICH CONCENTRATE ON A VARIETY OF VITAMINS OF THE B FAMILY IN PURPLE, ESPECIALLY NUCLOSE AND NITRIC ACID, AND A LOT OF VITAMINS A AND E, AS WELL AS A SMALL AMOUNT OF VITAMIN C. THE SEAWEED CONTAINS ABOUT 15 PER CENT OF MINERALS, INCLUDING POTASSIUM, CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM, PHOSPHORUS, IRON, ZINC, COPPER, MANGANESE, ETC., WHICH ARE PARTICULARLY RICH IN SELENIUM AND IODINE, WHICH HELP HUMANS MAINTAIN THE ALKALINE BALANCE OF THEIR BODIES, FAVOUR THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND HELP OLDER PERSONS TO SLOW AGEING.
