VERY SIMPLE MATERIALS AND PRACTICES, BUT VERY GOOD SOUP. THE SOFT, SMOOTH, SWEET RADISH SOUP THAT COMBINES THE FRAGRANCE OF THE FOOD ITSELF IS VERY POPULAR IN OUR HOUSE. I MADE THIS SOUP WITH THE RIBS, BUT THE LG SAID NO RIBS, JUST THE CARROTS AND THE POTATOES, AND THEN IT TURNED OUT THAT THE LG WAS RIGHT, AND IT WASN'T GOOD. BUT AFTER EXPERIMENTING, I THINK IT'S BETTER TO COOK WITH FAT THAN WITH VEGETABLE OIL, AND THEN TO SHARE IT WITH YOU. THE KEY TO THIS DISH IS TWO: THE POTATO MUST BE THE POWDER, AND THE FAT FOR THE OIL (OR DIRECT PORK)。
