The red bean, originally produced in South America, is one of the most nutritious of the dry beans. It has the capacity to regenerate, improves immunity, reduces thirst, resists the effects of decaying radiation, which can be added to a salad or vegetables, and which can be used to cook delicious rice, curry or vegetable soup; and its ability to replete its kidneys, to keep its heart at ease, to keep it calm and to sleep. Lotus has a high medicinal value and is a valuable source of gas. That's why I'm eating these two beans together as diets, and I'm so happy
