Since I met the world of delicious food, my enthusiasm for cooking has been further stimulated. Tonight, I learned to make a classic fried spring roll, which once again won praise from my baby. I complained that I made less, and actually there were fillings. I just felt that this dish should be eaten and cooked now. If I cook too much, it will not taste good next time, so I only made three. That's good. I want to eat it again next time!

Steps for fried spring rolls

Soak the fungus in water and then chop it up; soak the vermicelli and chop it up; wash the leeks and chop it up; beat the eggs into egg liquid, stir-fry it in a frying pan, and cut it into pieces; blanch the shrimp skins in hot water and remove it for later use.
