Beef and chestnut health porridge

Steps for Beef and chestnut health porridge

Glutinous rice, yellow rice, oats and beef, chestnut, red dates, mushrooms, carrots.

Dice the beef, chestnut, mushroom, and carrot separately.

Put the diced beef into the pan and bring it to a boil, boil out the blood, and skim off the floating foam.
