Steps for Salmon fish head tofu soup

Wash the fish head and drain the water before using.

Wash the mushrooms and butterfly seedlings, and cut the tofu into small pieces for later use.

Heat the pan with oil, saute the ginger slices until fragrant, put the fish head into the pan, pour in a small amount of cooking wine, cover the lid and simmer for a while.
