Bibimbap (Gudong rice, Midong rice) is a diet made by putting various wild vegetables, beef, vegetables, and stir-fried chili sauce on top of rice. There are many types of bibimbap. Steps for Authentic Korean bibimbap

Wash the japonica rice thoroughly, soak it in water for about 30 minutes, drain off the water with a sieve, and let it dry for 10 minutes. (550g).
