We have many specialties and snacks in Wuhan. Today, I would like to recommend to everyone a simple and delicious dish-Pearl Tofu Yuanzi.

Steps for Pearl tofu dumplings

Cut the old tofu into slices and drain.

Soak glutinous rice in cold water for 6 hours.

Meat filling, tofu, a little water chestnut grains (commonly known as water chestnut), eggs, shredded ginger, salt, and pepper (tofu is a little more than meat filling), mix the taste in one go.

Stir the minced tofu evenly.

Make the filling into round balls, place it in the soaked glutinous rice and roll around, weigh it slightly in your hand to make the glutinous rice stick firmly. (I can't take photos alone)

Put the tofu balls into a steamer (with pumpkin under the balls) and steam for 15 minutes.

Place the steamed pearl tofu balls on a plate.
