1. Cut the wax gourd into thin slices, and cut the fungus and onion into shredded strips.
2. After heating the oil, add shredded onions and stir fry.
3. Then pour in the ketchup (I use chunks of ketchup, if you can't buy it, cut the tomatoes into pieces), add a little salt and stir fry,
4. Pour in shredded fungus and stir fry. Finally add a little shrimp skin and stir fry, and then serve the pan.
